Yes, when you retain our firm, we provide a detailed estimate of your closing costs upfront so you can plan your budget with confidence.  We believe in full transparency—there are no hidden charges. If anything changes as the transaction progresses, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Which forms of identification are required when meeting with your office?
 

When meeting with our office, you'll need to bring two valid, current and unexpired pieces of government-issued identification. 
 

The ID can be a valid Driver’s Licence or Ontario photo Card or Social Insurance no. and Birth certificate or a Canadian passport or a Permanent Resident Card, or Canadian citizenship Card (issued before 2012) as we’re required to verify your identity in accordance with legal and regulatory standards. If you have any questions about your ID, feel free to contact us before your appointment.
